IF-Conditions do not work.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Spreadsheet
2. Enter any number in A1
3. Copy example =IF(A1>5;100;"too small") from
https://help.libreoffice.org/Calc/Logical_Functions#IF in A2.
A2 will just print #NAME?
