Mangled file selection window when exporting a file as a pdf, but was still
able to export
Steps to Reproduce:
1.This happened when I was trying to export a rtf as a pdf

Actual Results:
The file selection window was incomplete, but I was still able to export the
file
Expected Results:
A correct file selection box
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
