Empty comments vanish after save/reload; Reappear after a new Insert -> comment
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Insert -> Comment 3x
3. Save the file
4. File -> Reload (no comments)
5. Insert -> Comment -> previous 4 comments reappear
Actual Results:
Empty comment not visible. Reappear after Insert -> Comment
Expected Results:
Empty comment should be shown
Reproducible: Always
