UI: Comment box popup doesn't close clicking outside the comment box
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Insert -> Comment
3. Click on comment 1 -> Comment box opens
4. Click somewhere on the empty page hide/close the popup -> Nothing
Actual Results:
Comment box doesn't close
Expected Results:
Should close
Reproducible: Always
