In the Excel Subtotal dialog, it is possible to use the "Summary below data"
option to show the subtotals below or above the data.
Calc does not have such an option, it can only put subtotals below the data,
but not above it.
1. Open attached document in Excel and Calc
2. In Excel, go to Data - Outline - Subtotal
-> there is a "Summary below data" box, checked on the "Below" sheet and not
checked on the "Not below" sheet.
3. Open attached document in Calc
4. Go to Data - Subtotals - Options
-> No similar box. Pressing OK on the "Not below" sheet would reset the layout
of the subtotals to look like on the Below sheet.
