This bug will track all issues related to Right-to-Left (RTL) text layout [1]
support in LibreOffice.
It will _not_ track issues with Complex Text Layout [2], i.e. the situations,
and the writing systems, in which the rendering of characters depends on
previous and subsequent characters; those will be tracked separately.
Naturally, many issues involve both aspects of text layout - and such issues
may block both meta-bugs, or some common-issue meta-bug which itself blocks
both meta-bugs.
