The file that cannot be opened
Problem description:
There's a .ppt file that cannot be opened by libreoffice.
However it can be normally opened by Microsoft PowerPoint 2013.
I hope the problem can be solved so that I don't have to download Microsoft
PowerPoint to open it.

1.just double-click the file
Current behavior:cannot open it
Expected behavior:opened normally
Operating System: Windows 8
