Description:
The Text along Path functionality in Draw and Impress has its own Help page:
https://help.libreoffice.org/24.8/en-US/text/shared/01/05280000.html
However, there's no link from the Text along Path dialog to the Help page.
Adding a Help button to the dialog would make the Help page more discoverable.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Draw or Impress, select Format -> Text along Path.
Actual Results:
The Help page cannot be accessed directly from the dialog.
Expected Results:
There's a button on the dialog that takes the user to the Help page.
Reproducible: Always
