The real issue is our QA team needs another half dozen to 20 or so regular triagers to ensure that bugs don't stay in UNCONFIRMED status as this one has - also since this one is marked as OSX it becomes even tricker as our team of triagers using OSX is really small. So - I think in general it's rare and will become rarer as our team grows. Hopefully the triage contest brings in another few triagers who can help us get the average time UNCONFIRMED down to <30 days (currently triple that) so that these can be prioritized and pushed quickly. Just one note - this isn't a general error, it's a specific file, had it been "No odt files will open" I am relatively sure it would have been taken care of quickly. Joren - do you still need me to look at this one or can we mark as WFM?
