A fill-space character number format
Open the attachment. In its F1 cell, there is a value of 14, with the cell's
number format of '"XXX"* 0', which puts three X characters, then fills the
cell's free space with a space character, and then puts the number.
Zooming it to 25% and below, using today's master, disables the fill character
effect.
