Description:
If the rows are fixed with "uno:FreezePanes", the value of SplitRow is
incorrect.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open New Calc.
2. Select [B2].
3. Excecute  "Freeze Rows an Columns".
   .uno:FreezePanes ( Menu Alt + V ; O  or Icon)
4. Execute the following macro.

Sub show_split_row
  msgbox ThisComponent.CurrentController.SplitRow
End Sub

Actual Results:
5. "2" will be displayed.
  1 more value is displayed.

Expected Results:
5. "1" will be displayed.


Reproducible: Always

"SplitColumn" values appear to be correct.
