--- Comment #4 from Dione Maddern <[email protected]> --- It looks like the real problem here is that the same spinbox widget (modules/swriter/ui/tocentriespage/entryoutlinelevel) is used in the ui regardless of whether you select "Table of Contents" or "Alphabetical Index" in the "Type" tab. I'm sure it's an efficient way to design the ui, but it occasionally creates problems when we're trying to place bookmarks on the right page.
