Do you have all fonts correct? Can the docker image access the fonts? What I see (on Windows, with all fonts present!), comparing what MS Word shows vs. what LibreOffice shows (and both exporting to PDF), is that LibreOffice 24.8 lays out the document incorrectly - it makes words wider, and the overall layout changes (e.g., the last line of the first page - the caption of the graph - moves alone to the next page, creating an almost empty second page).
