Repro.

The problem is related to:

cells D5:G5 > [CTRL]+[1] > Alignment > (Reference edge:) icon "Text Extension
>From Lower Cell Border" > the borders are seen on the lower side of cells
D5:G5.

For the same alignment setting, the borders on the top side of those same cells
is seen according to the angle, but not on the in-common limit/border of the
adjacent upper cells (D4:G4).

A similar behavior can be seen when the alignment is set to "Text Extension
>From Upper Cell Border", but with the lower in-common cells (D6:G6).

When using "Text Extension Inside Cell", the borders of the adjacent cells
(D4:G4 and D6:G6) can be seen, but the text within the cells (D5:G5) might not
be displayed as wanted.

I do not know whether there is really a bug, or this is expected behavior, or
whether this can be improved (as an enhancement request).
