Description:
Writer V24.2 won't display a table of contents from Microsoft word docx file
correctly. Writer V7.4 does.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a .docx file.

Expected Results:
1.0 Scope....4
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Can send a pdf for both before (V7.4) and after (V24.2). The pdf will show the
details.
