I am not sure that such method would be intuitive enough. For those reading
this ticket, it sounds reasonable, but common users won't have such advantage.

Additionally, think about a user that types-in some value in the pages field,
and then decides otherwise. Would it be clear that the field must be empty in
order to actually remove/revert the effects of the "pages" field? Having the
radio selection makes it very clear.
