Experimental feature, so not a blocker, but keyboard navigation in the Sidebar:
Properties deck -> Text Panel. Keyboard <TAB> and cursor <LEFT>,<RIGHT>
movement has become inoperable in the 4.1.0 beta2 builds. Unable to navigate
with keyboard into Text panel toolbars.
