Description:
In web view, with a table, if I resize the window and scroll left or right or
up or down, the window doesn't refresh and type overwrites itself
Steps to Reproduce:
1.set view to web
2.scroll left or right or up or down
3.text overwrites itself
Actual Results:

Expected Results:
text should not overwrite itself
Reproducible: Always
