A search for Function Wizard will also display listings that do not apply.
This bug may be a problem only for Japanese locale if it depends on the locale.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open New Calc.
2. Open Function Wizard. ( Ctrl + F2 )
(Not Side-bar)
3. Input "s" in search word window.
4. Select Category "Logical".
Actual Results:
5. "NOT" is in the list.
4 candidates will be displayed.
FALSE
IFS
NOT
SWITCH
In Japan Locale, the only wrong function is "NOT".
Expected Results:
5. "NOT" is not in the list.
