When using two monitors on a Windows PC, should you convert a Writer document
to PDF, open the file and drag it from monitor #1 to monitor #2 then switch to
full screen mode, closing the file then reopening it will display the file back
on monitor #1, what Adobe Reader doesn't do. This is unpleasant (but not
important).
