> Default Page Style is configured so that first page can have different
> header/footer: both boxes are UNCHECKED in Header and Footer tabs (avoiding
> bug 100287 and bug 156036).

Correction: both boxes are NOT unchecked in the tabs: only "Same content on
first page" is unchecked while "Same content on left and right pages" remains
checked.

> I am quite puzzled because this is a feature implemented long ago and it has
> always given the expected result.

The feature was introduced in 4.0:
http://vmiklos.hu/blog/lo-firstpage-headerfooter.html

> I then expect the first page of every "chapter" to be considered as the
> first page in a sequence of Default Page Style. This works on first
> occurrence where style switches from First Page but fails when starting a
> new chapter with Heading 1.

I don't really understand this expectation. The break options don't have any
"treat page after break as first page".

In any case, it would be good to have clear, enumerated steps on how to
reproduce from scratch. There should also be a statement of the expected result
and the actual result.

I have tried doing this from scratch, also in version 4.0, but am confused by
both the expectations and the exact assumed steps.
