--- Comment #2 from Robert Großkopf <[email protected]> ---
Have tested this with
Version: 24.2.5.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: bffef4ea93e59bebbeaf7f431bb02b1a39ee8a59
CPU threads: 6; OS: Linux 6.4; UI render: default; VCL: kf5 (cairo+xcb)
Locale: de-DE (de_DE.UTF-8); UI: de-DE
Calc: threaded

Some different *.csv-files in a folder, database connected to this csv-files.
Tables will open write protected.
Changed content of a *.csv-file with a text program ("Kate")
Changes couldn't be seen directly, also with reloading the table it won't be
changed.
View → Refresh Tables will show the new content without any problem. Could also
change field names for the tables and see the right content.
Closing the database file and reopening it will also show the right content.

I couldn't see any buggy behavior here…
