Description:
When you Ctrl-K on a URL hyperlink it doesn't open the dialog on the Hyperlink
tab if the dialog was last closed not on that tab (e.g. if you had used an
internal document link, or just open the dialog, change tab and then close it).
I dare say this would be a general problem affecting its opening for any kind
of link.
Obviously the tab chosen should reflect the type of link being edited.
