Stéphane had pointed this out: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=160937#c10 Effectively we design for 1024x768px at 4:3--though I actually think it should be at a 16:9 or FWXGA 720p (1360/1366x768px) since we provide Impress template graphics at 16:9--but in reality the stated system display requirement must be recalculated upward by user when simple x1.5, x2, or x3 affine transform scaling is in use by the users DE. That needs to go into the system requirements. Windows WDM, either scaling mode, handles the subframes correctly. So little noise from that group of users.
