            Bug ID: 162558
Summary: Not saving font setting for "Math"
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.2.5.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Formula Editor
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
I noticed the following bug in LibreOffice Math.
I changed the fonts to Libertinus.
I chose them as "Default".
As long as the file is open, these fonts are applied in the document.
However, after reopening the same file or creating a new one, the font in the
"Math" section reverts to OpenSymbol.
For all other positions (Variables, Functions, ...) the settings are saved.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open LibreOffice Math and create any formula.
2.Change the font in "Math" from "OpenSymbol" to "Libertinus Math".
3.Save settings as Default. Save this file and close it.
4.Open the same file. Go to font settings.
5.The "OpenSymbol" font reappears in "Math".

Actual Results:
Constantly resets the font to OpenSymbol in Math.

Expected Results:
Saving font settings in the "Math" section

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
I use Fedora 40 KDE spin.
