In order for anyone to attempt to reproduce the problem, we probably need a
sample spreadsheet file.

Since this is sensitive/private data, I would suggest first making a copy of
the file, and then delete almost all the content of the cells (but not the
cell's format).

Leave just a couple of cells with some data (it does not have to be real), such
as dates and blood sugar values (or whichever type of data that the problematic
spreadsheet contains).

Then save this modified copy of the file (with a different name); beware not to
edit nor replace your real original file.

Once you have this "fake" sample copy of the spreadsheet file, go to the report
web page (in this case
<https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=162568>) and use the "Add
an attachment" link in order to share the "fake" sample spreadsheet file. The
sample file will be then publicly available.

Having said that, even having the sample spreadsheet, there is no way to know
beforehand where the problem lies, or whether the problem is within the file,
or with the version, or elsewhere. Please keep in mind that this site is for
bug reports, and not for direct user support.

In the meantime, you might want to seek some help from someone with more
experience.
