Malcolm Duckett <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|RESOLVED |REOPENED Ever confirmed|0 |1 Resolution|NOTABUG |--- --- Comment #10 from Malcolm Duckett <[email protected]> --- I have reopened this as the last comments from the developer seemed not to understand my explanation of the problem/issue. Sorry, so I am trying again As the manual page referenced explains "Distribute on multiple sheets of paper Prints a large format document, such as a poster or banner, by distributing the document page across multiple sheets of paper. The distribution option calculates how many sheets of paper are needed. You can then piece together the sheets" The produce currently does not work as you cannot piece the resulting pieces together (look at my sample draw file and the pdf it makes, and try it for yourself. I THINK the problem is caused because when distributing the output across multiple pages the "printer function" needs to understand that to print an Ax sheet on multiple Ax-1 pages the paper orientation will need to be the OPPOSITE of the original document... so... for example to correctly distribute a LANDSCAPE A2 document over two A3 pieces of paper they will need to be printed in a PORTRAIT orientation. Sorry for not explaining this well enough last time. Also it might be helpful to know that this occurs irrespective of the printer chosen. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
