I guess I stopped noticing because I switched to dark mode, making the text in the black areas readable again. But I just checked in light mode, the same areas are still affected and the issue disappears with qt5 and qt6. I have a NVIDIA Corporation GK208M [GeForce GT 740M] (rev a1) in my laptop, but also an Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400 (HSW GT2). To be honest, I'm not sure which one is running the desktop.
