Description:
LibreOffice doesn't start on Windows. There are two error messages: one about
nss3.dll and second one about nspr4.dll that can not be find.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and install latest master build of LibreOffice for Windows
2. Try start it
3. Look at two error message
Actual Results:
LibreOffice doesn't start on Windows
Expected Results:
LibreOffice works as should
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
