            Bug ID: 162645
Summary: [Calc] Conditional Formatting: Customizable order of
                    formatting rules
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: Inherited From OOo
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
In contrast to Excel, Calc offers no way to control the sequence order in which
conditional formatting rules for different overlapping cell ranges are applied.
To catch up with Excel, I'd like to suggest the following:

1.) No longer list conditional formatting rules in alphabetical order (with
respect to the affected cell ranges), but in the order in which they are
actually applied.

2.) Allow re-ordering the rules with "Up" and "Down" buttons, like it is
already possible with multiple conditions that refer to the same cell range.

Steps to Reproduce:
In Calc, open the conditional formatting rules list
(Format\Conditional\Manage...).

Actual Results:
There are no "Up" and "Down" buttons to re-order the rules and thereby change
the order in which they are applied.

Expected Results:
I'd like to be able to control the sequence order (like I can do in Excel).

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
I know that you already can re-order multiple conditions that refer to the same
cell range. But you cannot do so with rules that affect different (yet
overlapping) cell ranges like Excel can.
