Not necessarily. Generally speaking, we (users) tend to assume that "our" case
is also better, and that it is probably the way everyone else would use it,
need it and want it to be.

As for the space that each PT could take (potentially conflicting with each
other when the size changes in some way), I would suggest either:

* using other spreadsheets (in the same workbook) to each PT location (instead
of multiple PTs in one in-common spreadsheet); or,

* each PT should span horizontally (so each can grow vertically if needed) and
never have their layout overlap on (the same) columns; or,

* each PT should span vertically (so each can grow horizontally if needed) and
never have their layout overlap on (the same) rows.

All that does not necessarily invalidate the request(s), but I'll leave that
evaluation to others.
