Description:
I regularly use LibreOffice to create a specific .pdf form with fill-in fields.
The legacy "24.2" version continues to be able to do this. However, the "24.8"
version, starting with the test and current production Linux version of
"24.8.0.3" do not create the forms in the .pdf.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create document file with fill-in fields, saving as necessary.
2.Export the document as a .pdf file.
3.Open the .pdf file created using preferred viewer.

Actual Results:
The .pdf file opens without the fill-in fields.

Expected Results:
The .pdf file opens with the fill-in fields.
