DOC file open is slow and delayed
If network or wireless connection is disable then file loads fast
This happens on version 24.2 and 24.8
It does not happen on version 7.6
Steps to Reproduce:

Slow document load time
Expected Results:
Normal quick document load
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
I reproduced delay on LibreOffice versions 24.8 and 24.2
Opening of document in Writter using version 7.6 is not delayed or slow
