Hmm, maybe I duplicated this too soon. Do you mean, that the file is removed by
LibreOffice itself, not by this / another user manually?

Tracing is possible using SysInternal's ProcMon; for each action, it allows to
see the call stack. However, it's very unlikely that you would be able to
monitor file operations on a file server, without a reliable reproducing steps,
allowing you to have some controlled monitoring session.
