We need a bit more info: 1. An attachment with the margins - much easier than making our own 2. Are you able to print to file with the margins you set? (trying to figure out if it's the physical print only or if print to pdf would result in same cut off) Marking as NEEDINFO, please just get us that attachment and answer #2 and then mark as UNCONFIRMED, I'll try to triage it as soon as possible.
