steps to reproduce bug:
- open new file in calc
- enter text in some cell, e.g. A1
- expected and actual behaviour: row height gets adapted automatically to make
sure all text is visible
- click on cell A1
- Format > Cells > Alignment > Text Orientation > Degrees: 89
- expected and actual behaviour: as above
- Format > Cells > Alignment > Text Orientation > Degrees: 90
- expected behaviour: as above
- actual behaviour: tiny row height; text invisible
