In the resulting ODT/ODS ZIP created by Appy, when an empty folder was included (ie, Configurations2/toolpanel), it was written in the zip as /Configurations2/toolpanel (absolute path) instead of Configurations2/toolpanel (relative path). Before LO 24.2, LO did not complain about that. Now, things have changed... Don't know if this info may be helpful for you. But there is no bug at the LO part.
