In LibO 24.08.x The paragraph properties dialog shows all distances in inches
even if the measurement unit is set to mm.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start impress
2. Select text
3. Edit paragraph properties
Actual Results:
All distances are shown in inches
Expected Results:
Distances should be shown using the configured measurement unit
Reproducible: Always
