In the original report it was already mentioned in https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=152336#c18... and bug 160582 is also reported. This is going to affect all .csv files so I expect more reports to come. The reason why I suggested to revert it in libreoffice-24-8 branch ( only in this branch and not in master ) is because it's the safest move at the moment, fixing the issue for end users in that branch, and giving us more time to merge and test https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/165905 in master ( the patch has been in gerrit for a while so I would prefer not to backport it to libreoffice-24-8 without some previous testing ) The new feature is not even mentioned in https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/24.8 so I don't think many users are aware of it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
