UI: comment box has a fixed size. So appears to grow in size on lower
zoom-level/ decrease on higher zoom-levels
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Zoom-level at say 40%
3. Insert -> Comment
4. Click on the comment (comment box)
Actual Results:
Large comment box
Expected Results:
Smaller comment box. It scales in Writer/Calc
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
