Problem description:
When you have a table in your page header, it is not saved in docx format. The
data and style contained in the header are saved, but not the table.
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....Open a new empty file
2. ....insert a standart page header
3. ....insert a table (whatever the size)
4. ....write anything in few cells of the table
5. ....save as docx
6. .... close the file, then open again => the table is not there anymore.
Current behavior:
Docx conversion lose the table in page header.
Expected behavior:
Docx conversion keep the table in page header.
