Description:
An oversight in the UI.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Manage Changes sidebar on a document with lots of changes.
Actual Results:
Even when the window is maximized and there are more than ten changes listed,
the list section never only shows 10 changes.
Expected Results:
The list should expand to use all the available height in the side bar.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
