Around 74 of desktop users worldwide are on Windows. https://gs.statcounter.com/os-market-share/desktop/worldwide Windows 10 goes out of support next year so the Windows 11 market will increase substantially. There is already an order of magnitude more Windows 11 users compared to desktop Linux. This is a substantial issue that needs to be resolved. If budget is required then The Document Foundation needs to tender a developer to do it both for UI consistency but more importantly accessibility as has been highlighted.
