Description:
I am an Arabic person with LibreOffice installed in my Linux. I localized from
setting to be able to start new document from right to left. The problem arises
when some coworkers send me or I download an English document. It always
appear as right justified, even if they assured it is left justified in there
PC, and sometimes sent me screenshots
Steps to Reproduce:
1. set local in language to any Arabic or right to left Language, Ui does not
matter
2. try to open an English document.
Actual Results:
result it is right justified
Expected Results:
normal to see it just from Left to right
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
