Hello
When i use libre office ( any version ) then i experience that libre office is
flickering like the light fluctuate in the monitor screen.
I have HDR enabled and sometimes the screen even turn black for a second and
come back with the HDR screen ON information screen and then the screen
continue to fluctuate a tiny bit with the light until the same happen again.
If i turn off HDR in windows 11 then everything is perfect, but when i turn it
on the issue return instant.
I do not have this problem in other software or games.
I like to say that i did calibrate HDR via a windows store app, i think that is
a step that sometimes can solve HDR problems but that did not fix it.
I can also see that Librae office "fps" is low. When i roll the mouse
wheel then it dosent feel smooth. And when i drag in the box on the right side
and pull down to view the document then that is also not fluent at all when HDR
is turned on.
There is also bad performance in safemode.
I tried to reset the user profile and other things but it did not solve the
problem.
Performance get a little better when HDR is turned off, but it is still not
feeling fluid when rolling the mouse wheel in a simple 3 page text document.
I wrote a letter yesterday and there is all the above problems and it does not
feel fluid when i roll the mouse.
But i also tried to open a letter with an image in it that i made 8 month ago
and this feel fluid. So it could be the new letter/file somehow have an issue.
But the HDR issue persist no matter what, so i have turned it off.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on HDR in my 4k monitor screen via windows
2. The image start to fluctuate with the light.
3. The monitor get a black screen and turn on HDR and then everything repeat.
