When we insert a chart, the dialog allows us to choose whether we want the
different data series in the chart to be the rows or the columns of the
selected sheet region. However - when inserting a chart _for a PivotTable_, we
don't have that choice (as we can't access the "Data Range" horizontal tab of
the dialog). We should have it.
