Description:
The "Options Help page" is confusing because there are two "General" headings.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open latest Help page. (Ver 24.8 now)
https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/en-US/text/shared/05/new_help.html
2. Click Contents tabs [Common Help Topics] > [LibreOffice Options].
Actual Results:
3. Two incorrectly linked titles named "General" are seen.
Expected Results:
3. It needs to be changed to the correct position or the correct subtitle needs
to be added.

User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
The first "General" is a link to be under "Load/Save Options".
The "General" link at the bottom should be in the first "General" position.
