It has happened at least a dozen times. I do not recall it ever happening prior to the latest update. I am working on a single user system on files that only I have interest in, so I am certain that another user did not open them. When the errors occurred, I did not have Libre Calc and Libre Writer open simultaneously, nor did I have multiple instances of either application open.
