Example file from Writer with character style applied

Attached document contains a Heading 1 style paragraph with one word overridden
by a character style.
The Accessibility sidebar does not warn about this situation. If the same
formatting would happen with direct formatting, there is a warning.

1. Open attached document
2. Open the Accessibility sidebar
-> No warning, despite the consectetur word having a distinct formatting due to
the PLACEHOLDER character style.
