The new "Lock" feature in a pivot table field's dropdown list is expected to
retain it's checked/unchecked status when the field is repositioned in the
pivottable design UI, for example changing a field from a row to a column. It's
current behaviour is to uncheck the Lock checkbox when it was formerly checked
as the field is moved.
